EVALUATION OF PROGRESS

How will you evaluate the success of your new community of faith? Provide a timeline and specific benchmarks for evaluation. This ought to include benchmarks rooted in a concrete timeline as appropriate for your particular context. Benchmarks should include any and all of the following that are contextually appropriate: worship attendance, discipleship formation groups, service and/or justice-making initiatives, fundraising and movement toward financial sustainability (required)

MONTHLY PROGRESS ASSESSMENTS

All approved new church starts will be expected to complete monthly progress assessments which will be shared with the Cabinet, Committee on New & Vital Congregations, and Extension Societies (when appropriate). Do you agree to complete these monthly assessments? (required)

ANNUAL PROGRESS ASSESSMENTS

All approved new church starts will be expected to complete a detailed annual written assessment of progress. In addition to this written assessment, church planters will meet annually with institutional partners of accountability and support for evaluation.
